Design intent
The system, in one paragraph.
Clarifera is a glass-fused-to-steel equalization, SBR, and clarifier basin built for the punishing chemistry of municipal and industrial wastewater. The fusion-bonded enamel is inert to concentrated H₂S, ferric chloride, ammonia, and the chlorinated-return streams that cold-roll epoxy tanks cannot survive past year eight. Vitreous glass does not blister, does not soften at sidewall temperatures, and re-reads to the same 10-mil dry film thickness after three decades of scum-line abrasion. We flange every common WWTP penetration at the factory — aeration risers, RAS/WAS, level sensing, scum skim — so the general contractor installs a basin, not a welding project.

Warranted lifetime
55+ years
Coating service life is warranted — not estimated. No recoats, no refurbishment, no scheduled interior paint. The glass that leaves our furnace is the glass that retires with the tank.
