Design intent

The system, in one paragraph.

Digestax is a complete anaerobic digester envelope — tank, double-membrane biogas roof, insulation jacket, and heating coil pack — built around a glass-fused-to-steel shell fired to survive the biogas corrosion triad: H₂S, CO₂, and saturated water vapor at 105 °F. The fused enamel is continuous from liquid phase into the headspace and through the bolted flange that seats the PVC-coated polyester gas holder. Our integrated mixing (slow gas recirc, draft tube, or lateral mechanical) is plumbed through SS-316 nozzles with sacrificial sleeves at every shear point. Every Digestax ships with CFD-modeled residence-time curves for the operator's QA file.
Specification

Governing values.

Published specifications reflect the base fused-envelope configuration. Application-specific deviations — nozzle pattern, gasket compound, coating color — are documented in the commissioning binder signed at hydrotest.

Coating service life is warranted — not estimated. No recoats, no refurbishment, no scheduled interior paint. The glass that leaves our furnace is the glass that retires with the tank.
